The mission of The Darts Room is to provide a professional and welcoming environment for kids aged 8 to 16. Our academy celebrates diversity and aims to bring the sport of darts to a community where young players can discover, learn, and grow. By combining expert coaching with a fun and inclusive atmosphere, we give every child the chance to build skills, confidence and a love for the game.

I am a 14 year old who has loved sports since I
was six, but my passion for darts began at nine, watching the World Darts Championship at Christmas. Coming from a South Asian background, I soon realized there were not many spaces where kids like me could play darts comfortably.
Determined to change that, I reached out to the DCMS, My local MP, Sport England, and the Professional Darts Corporation. After a year and a half searching we reached out to the JDC and achieved the accreditation however our stars did not align.
A few months later, I completed in my first matches and became the first young South Asian player in the history of darts to win a match and participate in a match. The journey to creating the Darts Room has not been easy but the resilience and ambition made it possible.
The Darts Room now provides a professional, inclusive environment for players aged 8-16, aiming to give every child- regardless of background- the chance to discover darts, build confidence, and achieve their potential.
